Potential Franchise Missions

I do believe stats from franchise games do carry over to the Career stat missions. However I could be wrong but seem to remember them accumulating while I played franchise.

sweep a team in your division in a road series 4-0 or 3-0
season sweep a team in your division 19-0
win all your interleague games
trade away a 90+ overall player for a player 75 and under, make the playoffs
lead the league in complete games with your starting rotation
win a game seven on the road
win the world series in a sweep
pitch back-to-back-to-back shutouts
win the world series with a budget under 100 million
win the all-star game in a walkoff
win the triple crown, but with 3 different players on your team each winning only one leg of the crown
fire your manager mid-season with a losing record, win the the world series

I bet I could come up with a ****-tonne more of these too

That's a bummer seeing they have a bunch of empty slots in there next to the Starter missions.

I have one more to add to this list and it would be a great one...

Sign a top level first round prospect An overall and keep him in your organization and play with him until he retires and goes into the hall of fame.. (No simulating allowed all games played out in full)

What is exactly the missions in franchise mode?I noticed this, but I figured it just had something to do with earning crap for the gimic modes. I have no use for that DD gimic stuff, so I just ignored the missions.

Does it actually have any impact on your Franchise?
