Anyone know who to contact for a refund. I love the game but online is unplayable and I have had enough. I will buy again when the price comes down.

I don't post a lot but I have been here a long time. If I am doing this it has to be bad.

The automated message also is virtually useless as it continually cuts out while the automated menus rotate through.
