i can never sign anyone theirs cash flow then bank i even added funds to my franchise still cant sign anyone sooo frustrating

You probably know this, but make sure you don't have over 90 players. The roster limit is 90. Also, are you talking about off season free agency or regular season free agents? -

Had the same issue in the offseason free agency. I had just under 3m cash flow (equal to about 78m total). My pending offers were only around 35m. I kept getting the "can't afford the contract to player. This offer has been wothdrawn" message.
Not sure why that is either. I waited until February 15. I renewed all my players thinking that was it. My cash flow is at 1.97m and I still can't sign anyone to a big deal. I thought it might be because I only have 80 players so I signed 9 to 60k a year contracts.
Still no luck though so I thought it was because I only had 34 players on my 40 man roster. So I added 5 but still got the message.
So now I'm out of ideas as to why it is saying I have 1.78m cash flow with a 1.97m max offer, but I can't use it.
Also what I am just trying to sign someone to a one year deal so it's not like I'm do a ten year deal worth 300m.Comment

I have the same issue too, what i normally do is look to trade some dead weight and make some cap room. Other than that i have not figured out where the money is going, unless it is saved for a potential arbitration case. You have to have enough money left over to cover arb. cases that come up in February.Comment
