Hi guys im really digging this thread. I havent started my franchise yet but I was wondering how often you are seeing these stud prospects? I also wondered if the CPU drafts a 75 player do they put them straight to the bigs or do they progress them thru the minors?

Depends on whether or not you are "cheating" by fully using scout and discover

Something I learned from sim franchise guys about the scouting and discovery and something I started seeing myself is that it's way too easy and when you discover, you add a ton of really high rated prospects. A ton meaning way more than what is realistic. I scouted and discovered in my first season and I ended up with 4 guys that were rated 70 or higher and all with A potential......that just doesn't happen IRL. After that, I just let the CPU handle the scouting and it makes it more realistic IMO.
