how do i get a ROSTER I have from the show 15 to 16 then to 17?

Load up 16 and there should be an option when you go to Franchise to import or continue a '15 franchise. Once in 16 you should be able to do the same to move it into 17. I haven't tried the back to back transfers myself. But once you go in to start a franchise that option should be available to you.
