Any ideas why Bud Black still isnt in this game?

Most likely because SDS/SCEA/MLB The Show does not have a licensing agreement with him.

DO the agreements lapse? He was in the game like in 13 or 14....

Don't know the answer, but Bud Black isn't the only one. Braves third base coach some guy called Dre Overstreet. Obviously IRL it's Ron Washington.
