Their body aches more and more each day. They want to hand create bows and arrows more often. They don't want to miss their children's lives anymore. They hate traveling so frequently. They want to go out while on top. They lost their love for the game. They decided to serve their country.

they juice with HGH, they know with each passing day, they are likely to be caught and their image tarnished forever, ruining whatever chance they had for the Hall. better to get out while the gettings good before the gig is up and the world knows them for the fraud they are.
that or the free agent market is poor. either or.
