PS3 vs PS4 classic stadiums question

It appears from the reading I've done that the PS4 is not nearly as good as the PS3 for classic stadiums. The questions are...
1. Is there one particular game that has more classic stadiums?
2. If they're locked, is there any particular way to unlock every one of them with a code of some kind? How about classic players?
3. Are the Vaults accessible in all the older PS3 games, or did they close at some point?

I can probably answer number 2 and 3
2. there shouldnt be any locked legends that yo cant at least play with in franchise/season/playoff modes. I dunno about DD thouh.
3. 14 is decomissioned. 15 and 16 are still in business.

Thanks. How about stadiums, though? Can you unlock classic stadiums? And if so, is there any way to unlock them with a code or something? Or is it only through collecting points?

1. PS4 got the initial classics in '16, Yankee/Shea/Sun Life/Metrodome + Turner added in '17.
2. All are available in Ex/Franchise/Season, only available in DD if you've acquired their cards.
3. Still up afaik except '14 since they're decommed.
