Player vault

Browsing the player vault today I see that someone just uploaded a SCEA created player, Brooklyn Bridges. I went to my roster and I can’t export this player. How was this exported so that it can be uploaded to the vault? Guy is not a dev, but appears on Youtube reviewing the game. Like the created devs and actual players his editability is limited.

Anyone know how this guy could have exported this player and then uploaded him to the vault. He's the actual player that came with the game, not a clone by a gamer.

I would assume its because Brooklyn Bridges is an actual character in the game. If you go to create a player, enter Brooklyn Bridges as his name, you will unlock him. He has a cool bat flip animation.
