Are all DD games presented in fast play mode? If so, are we going to be able to see the new homerun angles and batflips?

In ‘17 any game played Vs CPU was Not fastplay and it was Broadcast presentation. Bat flips, replays, cut scenes.

All games played online (ranked, Battle Royale, Events) are all fastplay.

So we won't get the bat flips, homerun angles in games played online including DD?
