Pre-order not loading

My preorder isn't there at all. I have the email confirming I purchased the game, but it's not showing up in downloads or anything. Am I supposed to be doing something to load it?

Thanks, but I have looked there and that is not showing that.

I have Googled a lot of different stuff and attempted different stuff and there isn't a trace of anything, but that does appear in the order history though.

After some thinking, that's because I didn't have the disc to that though.
