If you enable the Faster option, supersampling will have no effect on your game regardless of what you do.

That being said, supersampling seems to be nothing but beneficial for a game like The Show in case you intend to use Balanced or Sharper. There may be other games that have unintended effects set at their defaults (such as forcing you into 4K and slowing your framerate) that apparently is something you'll want to be cautious about with supersampling enabled. Otherwise, I'd say it's safe to leave it enabled for the most part.

Question: If I have a decent, cpu monitor that I fame on, but no 4K capacity, does it at all benefit me to switch from regular PS-4 to a Pro console?
