Never Again Best Buy!!!

I love pre-ordering from Best Buy. I pre-ordered a physical copy of Everybody's Golf from them which was supposed to come with a pre-order bonus. I redeemed the code they sent me for my bonus, but it was for the FULL digital game. I called them to tell them the code they sent me didn't work. They then sent me another code for the full game. I gave up at that point. Then a few days later, out of the blue, I got another code for the full game.

Needless to say, I sold the physical copy and two digital codes. I made money off of it. Never did get my pre-order bonus though...

Dang...that's crazy that they wouldn't have enough codes for the number of preorders they had right off the bat, especially since they didn't actually get the codes until yesterday.

Hope that next wave of codes goes out soon for all of you still waiting.

Can you help me better understand the Sony Rewards you're talking about? If I spend $60 in PSN cards to buy a game, what do I receive?

Also, if you buy your games from BB, can you still get Sony Rewards for playing the games?

Please help me understand how the PSN/Sony Rewards approach compares to getting 20% off at BB with the Gamers Club.

Yeah mine still says "In Progress" on the Best Buy site. I've had this happen with other games from them in the past, it sucks. I got the MVP physical edition on Friday last week.

On twitter Best Buy Support is saying more codes "should" go out tomorrow, right after the customer support agent told me on the phone "by midnight tonight" (which is what I was told twice yesterday too).

This is really frustrating and I don't even know who I'm supposed to be mad at, Best Buy or SDS?

The worst part is I only chose to order from Best Buy because it's a 2 block walk from work vs GameStop which is about 2 miles further...

pre-ordered a physical copy from Best Buy (arrived Friday on schedule) but never got codes in my email as of today.

I really don't care because I only play franchise but it does seem odd to promise a bonus and not deliver.

It's become comical at this point. They basically say "if it's not there yet just wait longer".
