Agreed. Pro-tip to maximize BBY/PSN value. Buy PSN cards for the points at BBY, and use the cards on PSN for digital goods, while linking to a http://www.sonyrewards.com/en/home/welcome account for points. They usually always have 5x the points for purchases on PSN, and for every 1,000 points (that equals $10), you can get PSN cards from them as well using the points.
Also, you can get points for trophies. I got free $10/$20 PSN cards for just playing games and getting trophies.
And if you have a rewards (cash back) credit card... it is even sweeter.

Could you clarify this? I use the Best Buy Gamers Club to get 20% off of all game purchases, so I'm trying to understand how this process would match/come close. If I go to BB and buy PSN cards, I won't get the 20% off, right? So, I buy $60 of gift cards and earn 30 BB points (worth 60 cents in BB points), then I go and use the PSN cards to buy a digital copy of the game. Can you help me better understand the Sony Rewards you're talking about? If I spend $60 in PSN cards to buy a game, what do I receive?
Also, if you buy your games from BB, can you still get Sony Rewards for playing the games?
Please help me understand how the PSN/Sony Rewards approach compares to getting 20% off at BB with the Gamers Club.
