Best Buy Preorder DD codes delayed

Just got off the phone with BB support.

BB customer support is saying that they are having a problem with the digital codes for MLB 18. Everyone is having a problem. They are working with Sony as Sony said that there are issues with the codes not working. Give it 24-48 hours.

So basically we're screwed considering it's past business hours and the weekend.

Guess my plan on playing this weekend is shot. Next time I probably will forget about this while preordering business since it seems to fail.

Just to clarify, are you talking about the codes for the actual game or the preorder bonus codes?

I did buy online, pick up in store at Best Buy, and got my game this morning. But I have yet to receive an email from them with my preorder bonus of 10 standard packs and a legend starter.
