Game not in 1080p

Hey Guys,
My game does not look sharp and in 1080p like 17 was. When I replay and zoom in on a player it looks like a ps2 graphic and I am not sure why that is the case.... Any suggestions?

What Tv do u play on, Ps4 regular or Pro? Do u have XMB settings HDR on in there? all your video settings all on automatic?

Now on the game itself HDR mode on or off?
