Game crashes (PS4 Pro/4K TV)

I have same tv. Are you on enhanced mode? I can’t get ps4 pro to work in enhanced. It causes screen to flicker nonstop. Haven’t had any crashes when off of enhanced mode.

I put the TV on enhanced mode yesterday because someone at Sony Support advised me to do so. Works fine with PS4 Pro and so far (two games) no more crashes. Funny how people can get different results doing the same thing!

It caused major slowdowns, but I've never had a full freeze/crash before. This year appears to be different, likely due to the new server tech they are using.
