SD studios to make football or hockey???

guys I have to say I was sitting down the other day and thinking to myself. Sd has great gameplay and mlb is the best sports game out.

How great would it be for SD studios to make a nhl game or a football game where we can go in and edit teams and rosters. I mean mlb has dynasty mode, so I feel like they would be half way done. All you need to do is great game play for hockey or football.

I just wanted your thought on if you think it would ever happen and do you think they would do great. I feel it could be a money maker. football might be tuff but NHL could be something they do very well in.. EA hockey just seems very stale and goalies play dumb.

SDS makes a great baseball game. But they are likely not big enough to jump into the other sports titles.

I don't see it happening for a few reasons:

1) They would have to hire a new team for football and a new team for hockey to develop the game.

2) To go along with #1, since the NFL license is exclusive (not sure about NHL) the chances of getting a big enough share of the market to offset the costs of hiring a new dev team probably isn't worth it.

I agree. While the Show is good for the actual ps4 to sell consoles, at the same time the ps4 keeps the Show from growing it's consumer base & maddening the market.
