Safeco Roof always closed in Franchise

Playing Franchise Mode w/ Mariners. The roof is always closed...even on beautiful sunny days. Can this be fixed?
Thanks

The default is closed but you can manually change it to play 81 games with it open if you choose (right above where you can also set weather & below where you set quick counts to OFF/ON)

Weather isn't an actual problem in this game, just cosmetic. So they didn't bother with a roof that opens or closes based on the weather.

This is false.

They have always had roofs either be open or closed based on the weather, even when it was purely cosmetic.

And this year, weather does have an effect since their are rain delays in the game.

To the OP, this may be a bug, because in previous games the roofs were either open or closed based on weather. May want to file a bug report.

This is false. My opening series, the roof was open (54 overcast) for game one and closed (rain) for games 2 and 3.

Franchise SIM is dead. Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism.

Just have fun and play :)

Could you see the rain outside or at least overcast or was it still sunny?

Neither day I saw sun. The third game was a early game. But both days looked overcast dark out. I couldn't see rain (not really sure you would), but I did hear thunder. Seeing lighting would actually be cool. Play of realism distracting you would be cool.
