Franchise Ignore Budgets

What is the best option for Ignore Budgets in franchise, on or off?

And for those that are starting up their franchises tonight when OSFM releases, what are you going to pick for that option?

I do 30 Team Control, and don't focus on just one team (I play games from everyone, and manager their rosters the same) and usually turn budgets off. But that doesn't mean I will sign a bunch of big name, over price guys to small market teams. I mostly just do it to make sure that I don't have an issue of teams budgets lowering to the point that I can't flesh out their roster.

Last year I finally starded playing franchise with budgets off and its the best option if you are doing 30 team control, because in the offseason you can have realistic offers to free agents.
With budgets on Maybe a team that would make sense for a free agent in real life, sometimes didnt have enouhg money and that would screw up my franchise
