Love the concept, but I've always had issues where the CPU teams draft way too many pitchers. I then start the season, and the majority of teams have zero or one bench bats (as opposed to four or five) and are carrying 15-16 pitchers (opposed to 12 or 13).

Is there any way to prevent this?

I know what you're referring to. You do the draft and then looking at the rosters it shows that they only have one bench player at the major league level. They're actually there, just for some reason the CPU decides to operate at a lopsided 25 man roster, at least for spring training. I probably haven't investigated it enough but I'll let you know of any discoveries.
