No. I am waiting for OSFM 1.5 so I have just been using up to date base roster. Single team control. Yes you are correct. First two off seasons work fine. It's the third off-season that has issues. Go ahead and give it a try and sin to your third offseason. Who knows I may be doing something weird, but I have replicated it 3 times so I doubt it. I am actually hoping someone proves me wrong then nothing's wrong and I'll just feel like an idiot, but I think I may on to something here

No I just trashed it afterwards. I kept losing all my best players who were arbitration available and who weren't exclusive free agents. For some reason the first time the free agency option popped up was phase IV and by then my guys were long gone lol

Just did it again with a 30 team control. No issues through the first 3 off seasons. But the 4th one does have the issues.

I did just test that and with it set to auto the teams were offering arbitration even though you couldnt get the option to do it manually.

Is this only in year 3 of a new franchise, like 2021? Or the third year in every franchise even carry overs? And is it one year and then no more or year three and every year after

I'm in 2028 of a carry over, should I anticipate problems ?

I cant test the carry over part but so far ive simmed 8 seasons and the only one that has had the bug is the 4th off season. So to be exact.

1st (2018 into 2019) - no issue
2nd (2019 into 2020) - no issue
3rd (2020 into 2021) - no issue
4th (2021 into 2022) - BROKEN
5, 6 7 and 8 (2022-2026) no issues

Simmed to 3rd offseason and had no problems.
edit 1: simmed to nov 2021 and no problems with contracts or phases. (all options are set to automatic/CPU)
edit 2: simmed to nov 2022 and no problems with contracts or phases.
