Quick Manage realism (The Show 18)?

Sup guys,

As always, I've started my secondary franchise. I always do a Mets chise as my primary, in which I play every MLB game and here and there play some minor league games to feel out prospects before call-ups/trades/etc.

However, my secondary franchise is ALWAYS a GM/Manager-only rebuild. I do all the roster moves from MLB-A levels and quick manage every single game, while in-game-managing big games (ace matchups, new player debuts, rivalry games, important games, playoff games). This year I decided to go with the Tigers as my rebuild team. Been only quick managing this season but currently.....

7-0 (Astros only other undefeated at 8-0)
.366/.424/.575 - all #1 in league by significant margins
57 runs - #2 is 52
2.25ERA - #2 in AL, #3 in MLB

Do sliders/difficulty affect quick manage mode? I've always left it on my default settings (only injury/trade sliders adjusted and All-Star defaults) cause I never felt it affected anything but this year....I don't know. Or is it too early and my guys are just off to an amazing start?

Starter, reliever stamina, injury and manager hook matter. I suggest: 10 , starter stamina ... 0, reliever stamina, 7, manager hook. 5-10 for injury.
