Same here. I lost Jose Reyes early on in my Mets franchise to a broken arm, and have had several guys miss 1-3 games with minor injuries.

Any idea on why such a wide disparity in injury rates?

Some seeing plentiful injuries during played games, some seeing few to none.

I'm guessing it's not durability ratings since they are probably similar, especially for any recent franchise/carryover.

Is it just that wide ranging with how the injury luck is?

I am experiencing the same lack of injuries. So here are my details.
I am not doing a carryover.

I was getting some injuries early in the game during season mode with the factory roster. When the OSFM roster dropped, I went ahead and downloaded it and started all over in Spring Training. (of course there have been some patches along the way too).

Since I have restarted, I have not had a single injury and have played 21 games in spring training. I have the injury slider on 8, I am playing on Legend, I use quick counts. The CPU teams are having a few injuries, maybe 10 or 12 teams have a player or two on the DL.

Not sure if I have just been lucky or if there is a issue. Other than that, the game is fantastic.

Curious if anyone with carryover is seeing no injuries and brand new franchises are seeing a fair amount of injuries

I have a brand new franchise with osfm rosters and 21 games into the season i have not had a single injury. Injury slider is at 8.

Not to be that guy, but its not like it has not happened before with this game. Are you sure the sliders are working properly? Have you tried it a 2? Again I am not trollling here I just know we have had slider or on and off buttons working opposite of intended before. Don't ask me to quote which ones, others on here will know better than I.

It could be.

I don't see a lot of injuries with the fresh MLB18 franchise but the few I have seen came from there.

Literally nothing in "live" play injuries from my three carryovers.
