I am deciding which Baseball America Prospect book to get. I am making a roster and really like the books for rookies/prospects.

I can get a used one for 2017 cheap or spend more on 2018. What book would you choose?

2018,
for the first time , they grade all tools for each teams top 10 prospects
also new,they rank the top prospects for each position
plus theres a quite a bit of turnover for each teams top 30 from year to year.
still if you can pick up 17 i'd get that too. I have all of'em going back to 2009 or 2010

someone is selling the 2017 used but in very good condition..for about $6.00!!

Around $33. The prospects handbook & Baseball Prospectus yearly Essential Guide to the Season are indispensable for me AFAIC
The thing I really like about BP is they have great wit & humour in their writing.


This about Orioles prospect Austin Wynns:
"What happens when you're 22 at a college party and the one sober dude making drinks for everyone starts combining random ingredients.'Hey, try this! It's middle infielder batting profile plus slow footed catcher, I call it ... an Austin Wynns'. Is it drinkable because the guys a genius? Or have you just had too many to taste it?"

check on e-bay..i've found 2018 for about $22.00.
