Information Feature(s) for 19?

I'd like to see more information regarding player profiles, how hitters hit (are they groundball guys, flyball guys, what are their K% and BB% etc.) Same for pitchers. Do they feature one pitch, a good mix. But going in, it seems like we should know a bit more about each player we are facing (or playing with) than we do.

Thoughts?

while i like that idea, i think it would have to be reworked in franchise to work with the games schedule and not real life schedule.

Re: Information Feature(s) for 19?

Exactly. You wanna know the history of say, Chris Sale vs. Aaron Judge in your franchise instead of IRL.You get that somewhat in-game but before you go in-game, you could scout how Judge has fared against fastball's curves change-ups etc.
Of course, SDS would need to ramp up the stat tracking but they already need to that anyways. This would be where you should look at a players hot/cold zone, not while you're standing on the mound facing him. I have hot zones off because it feels like a cheat. Whatever my memory holds from beforehand is what I want to go in-game with.

It seems that the stat-tracking for L/R day/night splits, as well as lifetime numbers against a certain pitcher are already there, since they show up in-game. The same goes for monthly stats and over a certain number of games. Somewhere in the backend all of that information is being stored, it would seem that it's just a matter of making it available for us.

They are getting better, I think once they settle on a commentary team you will see the expand. Also the stat overlays are now dynamic in real time, they used to be static and wouldn't update until the next game.

In franchise I love the dynamic loading screens, they have expanded on this and it is a great feature no one talks about. One question in the dynamic loading screen what the hell does "Frost" mean?

I think there is a good chance we will see a revolving door on tha 3rd seat, if not every year, maybe every other year. In an attempt to keep the commentary fresh.

I see it when a team is on a losing streak or lost more than they have won recently. Shows results from last 10 games or so.

Problem now that there is a lot of info on the loading screens is that the game loads to fast to read it all, need a option to push X to continue.
