Running game with external hard drive

Hello all,

I had bought a 4GB external hard drive since I download a lot of my games. Has anyone done this with the Show and noticed a somewhat slower response time. I can no longer play with HDR and High frame rate (PS4 Pro w/ 4k tv) because there is definite lag between pressing the button and the swing. Is it just me?

Thanks

I doubt that it's just you....heck, I have it installed on my PS4 Pro hard drive and even then, I would never run the game with HDR on. I'd use your external HD for less input lag-sensitive games.
