Craziest stats you have seen in any mode?

In my NYM franchise in '18. Boston's JD Martinez hit 73 homers and 172 RBI, but lost the triple crown by batting average by .003 I think.

He had 52 by the all star break.

Re: Craziest stats you have seen in any mode?

In 2018 of my carry over Mike Trout finally won the triple crown and had the most insane season in existence. He got the single season records for hits, RBIs, HRs, and runs all in one season. Oh, and he also became the sole member of the 90/90 club. He ended the season with 93 home runs and 91 stolen bases.

The next highest HR total that year was 49.

He was on pace to beat his HR record this year, but then he broke his leg and had to miss nearly half of the season. He still finished 1rst in HRs (and second in RBIs) with 64.

In my fictional universe, he is the undisputed GOAT. No other player even comes close to him.

I played the Indians 7 times in 10 days and Kluber no-hit me in back-to-backs.

Charlie Blackmon flirted with .400 most of the year before finishing .380 something or .390 something.

Billy Hamilton stole 3rd three times in one game against me and in the next game I threw him out at 2nd twice.

Re: Craziest stats you have seen in any mode?

I have a starting pitcher in one of my franchise posting a 1.28 ERA at the All-Star Break.

Needless to say, no one is even close to him.

Even though I don't have him, I hope he keeps it up.

In one of my carryover saves in last year's game, Alex Wilson (who was traded to the Rays) ended up winning AL Reliever of the Year with a 0.13 ERA through 68 innings with 40 strikeouts and only 2 walks. The following year he lost his role as the closer with an ERA over 7 and ended up retiring. That was the weirdest career peak I've ever seen in the game.
