Yes!

I've always been fascinated by this shade of blue that seemed to permeate MLB in the 70's-80's.

-Cardinals
-Twins
-Phillies
-Mariners
-Royals
-Brewers
-Rangers
-White Sox
-Braves
-Cubs

All had a uniform with that light shade of blue. Why? Who started the trend?

Guess it would be similar to the phase in the late-90's-early 2000's where teams were pumping out black alternate jerseys.

Funny how that happened in those eras. Nowadays it seems like teams have alternate jersey that are their respective teams colors or throwbacks.

I flat out don't like powder blue, ugh. If it's replacing those useless batting practice jerseys....okay. Otherwise, not a fan.

I loved when the D-Backs went to their current road uniforms. It is cool to have teams have different uniforms like that on the road. Not just the colored jerseys.

I'm probably one of the few that liked when the Padres had the sand colored road uniforms.

Always here for powder blue. North Carolina, the Chargers, retro Rangers, the ones the Jazz had for a bit. Always powder/Carolina blue.

I imagine growing up in California as a young kid when I first started watching sports, it was UCLA's jerseys that attracted me. Before I really knew what was going on in the game. When they had a much lighter blue.

It looks a lot like the Sox home alternate red jersey. Still cool looking but very similar.

LOVE. IT.
I wish more teams would go back to jerseys that stand out...I'm looking at you, San Diego. Too many teams have darkened their colors to the point of boredom.
