Which version

I tried searching the forum but could not find the topic yet, if it already exist please close this one and point me in the right direction.
Guys I need a little help in choosing which version of the the show to pick up this year. I only play franchise and Road to the Show. I’m tried all the other modes and just can not get into them.
So if these are the only two modes that I will play at all would it just make more sense to buy the standard edition? Or are there items in the more expensive ones that will make Road 2 Show more enjoyable? Thanks everyone for you help.

Re: Which version

I would say pick up the standard version, most of the other stuff that you would get in packs are for DD. Maybe pick up the MVP edition for I think its $10 more for the additional stubs and packs for the chance to get some good gear that you can use in RTTS but most of that stuff you can just get by accumulating stubs by playing and buying them in the market

Re: Which version

Standard should be fine for you. To me, the pre-order "incentives" are more for people that play DD although you can use the stubs for franchise budget and stuff.

Re: Which version

Yep standard.

Almost all the other editions and pre-sale bonuses are focused on Diamond Dynasty. You would probably get some RTTS equipment in the bonus packs you get for the other editions but chances are those equipment pieces can't justify the added cost of the other editions.

Re: Which version

should I just buy the digital download? I don't intend to resell it and I always hate having to go to Walmart at like 2am

Yes! Every iteration of the Show I have purchased since 2013 has been digital. With the advent of pre-loading, it's always great to have your game ready for you to play at midnight of release.

Re: Which version

Does anyone know if the MVP edition that comes with the steelbook case also includes the normal case with Harper on it? I know some games do this with steelbook editions, but I wasn't sure with The Show series.

I doubt it, last years game didn't have a case inside of a case.
