I used the Player Search function to compile this. I'm only listing active players, though Babe is the only legend two-wayer IIRC

Rowan Wick RP - C/LF/RF
(though when you look in his Edit screen secondary positions are blank)
Jose Ruiz RP - C
Matt Davidson RP - 1B/3B (default roster only, 3B primary in updated roster-no pitch)
Kaleb Cowart RP - 1B/2B/3B
Michael Lorenzen RP - OF
Carlos Ramirez RP - OF
Williams Jerez RP - OF
Javy Guerra RP - 2B/3B/SS (Padres Javy, not Blue Jays Javy)


free agent Chris Hatcher isnt a two-wayer but he has a Blocking rating of 76. however, you do do NOT want to put him behind the plate, believe you me. or believe me you? lol

Is there a way to edit players so they aren't two way players? Or so they are?

nope. neither way. position players cant be changed into pitchers & pitchers cant be changed into position players, have their secondary position changed or completely removed either

Will these players show up as your DH in the pregame lineup the same way that Ohtani does? What if you have multiple two-way players on your roster? Who gets slotted into the DH spot then?

No. I dont know if thats because they are relievers & Ohtani's a starter or because his hitting attributes are so much higher or if Ohtani's just programmed that way with LAA. I think I'll move Ohtani to Seattle & see if he is automatic M's Dh too

Just a heads up. The Jordan Schafer CAP I put in the vault a few days ago has OF as a secondary position. RP is his primary position. He's currently a Free Agent.

Ohtani goes to DH for any team, as for the other 2 way players they dont have anything like that so you would need to "waste " a player in order to bring them in

yeah, but at the very least, there is a sort of longish work-around to keep a full roster available during your game. hopefully this will be the last year we have to employ it

They really need to add the ability to add 2-Way Players AND make someone's primary position DH.
Despite Ohtani technically being an OF, he is a Pitcher and DH.

I always hated when I would see David Ortiz playing 1B in an American League game during Franchise/Season

I'm assuming you're using the old Jason Lane from a few years ago? I hope OSFM uses that one for James Jones, Jared Walsh and few others that should have OF as secondary.

Do you know of any other editable pitchers with a different secondary position?

Also, it looks like Matt Davidson is now just 1B/3B. Somebody "corrected" Sony about his position and they changed it.

Thanks, I'll make note of it in the OP, he's still a reliever in default roster if anyone uses that as their base
