Question Babe Ruth and "moments" struggling to hit HR's

What am i doing wrong here? ive spent the last 2 days trying to finish up the last 2 challenges where i have to hit 4 home runs in 3 games yet its non stop fly balls that go 300 feet and are an out or totally fail to make it past the infield on perfect timing hits...

Im power swinging, normal swinging, zone hitting, directional hitting, ive tried it all, does not seem to make a difference at all. And this is ontop of the stupid pitching that constantly walks me because the pitches are nowhere near the zone when they throwing screwballs and curves at 69 mph at your shoes.

Is Ruth a pull hitter? ive gotten more inside the park home runs then actual home runs, so for a guy with 120+ contact and 95 power this kind of inconsistency seems to go hand in hand with what people are saying about power this year and HR's just not working properly.

I completely agree!

I am having the same struggle with Bryce Harper as well.

It seems as if this mode (at least as far as hitting HR’s) is counter intuitive. If you work the count you may end up working your way out of getting any pitches worth hitting. And if you are too aggressive you end up swinging at crap as well.

Maybe I "just got lucky," or maybe it was the patch.

But in back-2-back efforts today I cleared events for Babe Ruth and Bryce Harper dealing with HR's.
