Thought there was a thread on this years ago. Maybe not.

But what batting stances do you guys just rake with?

For me it’s Nimmo for some reason. Absolutely just mash the ball with him!

What’s some of your favorites?

I've used Jim Thome for my RTTS player for a few years, and with that stance, my guy is a doubles and HRs machine.

Cody Bellinger, The stride helps me with timing so I rarely make weak contact with him. Plus the HR swing is sick.

Years back it was Frank Catalanotto. No idea about now. Haven’t really pay attention. Most recent that I can remember, Pablo Sandoval. Doubles/homerun machine.

Jake Lamb has the king of all stances. Joe Morgan's is incredibly quick and great for low ball hitting, just so long as you can avoid getting distracted by how he looks like a drunk leaning against a lamp post

For lefties
Bellinger and Joc Pederson....Pederson is my pinch hitter and he has all most as many Homers as my starters....

For righties
I rake with JD....all though he lines out to OF a lot!

The person I can't seem to hit with is Yelich....

I hit 48 homeruns with Hosmer last year. Really felt comfortable with him at the plate.

So far this year I’d go with Smoak.

For some reason I’ve always hit well with Morales in years past.
This year I’ve been hitting really well with Smoak - pretty sure he’s the only Blue Jay I’ve hit a home run with so far

This yr it's been Paul DeJong. For whatever reason my timing with his swing is almost perfect. Whether it's offspeed stuff or fastballs my pitch recognition and anticipation with him is off the charts, I see everything really well and absolutely crush with him.

But I can't get a hit with Goldschmidt to save my life. He doesn't have much of a stride and it completely messes me up. And I just don't have very good pitch recognition with him at all, late on everything, idk.

I really like Eddie Matthews. He just stands there upright until he swings and it's...glorious.

I’ve always had success with Maikel Franco, and this year is no different.

And Bryce Harper has been unstoppable for me so far this year.
