What do you get for the challenges?

I was playing a diamond dynasty game, and saw "play a Phillies player 15 innings"... After I had done that, it just said complete. Do you receive any reward or is it nothing? Does it have to do with team affinity? I had a challenge for the Yankees and completed it too.

Just curious if anyone noticed any kind of reward.

It has to do with the 3rd Inning Program. New challenges like that come out each day, and you get a few Stars toward the Inning Program for completing them. Get to 300 stars and you get your choice of one of the three Program Diamonds.
