Depends on what you are looking for? Really need more info....

Ridins OSFM are great for standard Franchise. TyCooper8 made a great 40 man of this roster but it and he have vanished?

Bacon has a great fictional roster

Scott has a roster based off of OSFM with pitch and equipment edits

The list goes on and on.

That doesn't really help honestly, that is more of a what team should I pick thing. Any roster would allow you to do that, you would just have to decide what team to play.

I am in the minority here for rosters. I use default out of the box. It is more important to me to have every player have an audio file and such, than it is for me to have every minor league player be real and all equipment be accurate. I like not knowing who is in the minors and having my own Baseball universe grow and have its own story.

I second this and for rebuilds in particular as the minor leaguers typically have lower potential ratings, making it more difficult to execute trades to rebuild.

You will also see less inflated overalls 5-7 years with the default in the future if you are like me and simulate a rebuild then play the rebuilt team that was your making.
