All of my info has been deleted! Can it be recovered?

I had to do a reset of the PS4 and watched a video of how to get my stuff back. While I did recover my PSN account and username, when I put The Show in it did not have any of my saves, rosters, etc. I had three franchises going as of now everything is gone!

Does anyone know how to recover all of that?

Do you have Plus and did you backup everything to the Cloud?

I just canceled plus because I hadn't used it for months. I'm going to go with no on the cloud question. I mean, I don't remember ever saving anything in cloud other than carryovers.

Did you happen to upload to the cloud from with in any of your franchises? I'm talking the upload that let's you carry over franchises from the old versions. I'm not 100% but I don't believe that service is dependent on PS plus.

No, as mentioned before, I have only used "the cloud" to do carry overs.
And yes, my quotes of "the cloud" should show that I'm old (almost 40) and approaching the age of "Old man yells at cloud" from the Simpsons.

I fear all my "hard work" is gone, forever. Oh well. Just a chance to start over. In fact, I had a topic on here about how I love to break down and rebuild in my franchises and the latest one was the Tigers. In June we were 9 games up on the Indians and at the deadline we were tied so I couldn't do my usual and trade my vets. I will be interested to see what my record will be this time around. I am frustrated that I don't have any of my images, videos, roster vault or settings files. It's like starting over.
