Bring the Expos Back (kind of)

I want to bring the Montreal Expos back but I didn't just want to use the Washington National players so I'm going to try and do a expansion draft using the rules from the 1998 Expansion Draft rules. I was wondering anyone has tried something like this before and how did it go for ya'll.

there are rosters in the valut that are expos players. in place of washington players. you pick any park the game offers. i like to use rogers center. if anyone remebers olympic park as acutlly a retractable roof that faild to work right after a few years.
