Honestly, you could have told me that was a trailer for 17,18, or 19 and i would have believed you. Didnt see any new animations for dives or jumping catches which is kinda shocking. It just feels like they've really plateau'd on this console/hardware. Looking forward to getting more info.
I’m ready for next gen. Game is really starting to show its age. The player movements and animations are tired and the once mind blowing graphics are stale and look dated. The player models are a decade past overdue for an upgrade.
I’m excited because it’s baseball and the game is still solid, but nowhere near where I would like to be with the anticipation of the last decent sports game’s release coming up.
Nice to see that MVP, Deluxe and Anniversary Editions will be able to get Early Access on 3/13/20. Even without the upgraded editions, the official launch is 3/17/20 which is still about two weeks earlier than last few years.
The game is only 7 weeks away. I know they usually release info around this time every year but it really feels more around the corner than usual.
Pretty cool they added the big Delta sign in Yankee Stadium.
However, depending on whether or not changes were made to Franchise mode, even minor at this point, I'll probably hold off til PS5. I got '19 for free on PS Plus and I think it'll be able to hold me over.
Yeah, I'm ready for the next generation of consoles. Trailer looked about the same as all the others this gen. We know the core gameplay will be good, but man those player models and animations are really showing their age.
I'm hoping they really decided to focus on gameplay fixes and AI improvements this year which accounts for the lack of basically anything new in the trailer. Let's hope...
