Definitely an increased focus on fielding this year with the new throwing animations, catcher tags and blocks, the start transition thing and the extreme catch indicator.

Bit disappointed they didn't address the minor league thing, although they did use one of the same clips with a real player in it again. At this point I feel like it wasn't an accident.

Loving the new blocked balls by catcher system and new catcher tags animations

Also the new defensive improvements

Looking good! I wonder about the “strengthening the relationship with the fielder” would include pitchers having personal catchers this year based on performance when so and so is behind the dish. I’m hoping. Either way, super excited!

Would have liked to heard that that added new animations of the batter, base runners and first and third base coaches interactions after less important hits!!!

Not quite sure if those comments would be referring to what I mean. But I sure hope so

I am talking about like after a batter singles there should be animations where they show him walking back and standing at first with the first base coach talking into his ear, padding him on the back you know stuff like that.

Basically all we get in all versions of MLB The Show up till 19 are either very excited player animations like pumping fist or pointing at things basically "showing off" on meaningless hits. Or we just get to see the batter standing their by himself doing nothing at all like a dummy.

Seeing way less over excited player animations like pumping fist on meaningless singles and instead more interactions between the batter, runners with first base and third base coaches would make the game look even more realistic.

I definitely love all the excited player animations like pumping fist and so on. But I only want to see them when the situation calls for it.

Nothing I hate seeing more than getting a one out single in the 3rd inning and the player acting like he just drove in the go ahead run. Your ideas would be great to see, especially for a little more variation.

Gameplay additions sound nice.

They have no problem showing off modes such as "Showdown", "March to October", "RTTS" and new "legends" for DD. I wonder why they have problems showing off anything new for "Franchise" mode.

Very disappointing to see almost every mode on the main menu show NEW except franchise.
