Pinch runner bug...

I needed to pinch run for the runner on 2B (my catcher) in the 8th inning of tight game. I go to the substitution screen, click on the runner to be run for and then click on the runner that I want to enter the game... but when I get back to the game, the substitution didn't happen... I go back to the substitution screen and repeat it... same thing...

I bat for both teams when I play so in then in the top of the ninth inning, the catcher for the opposing team leads off with a walk. I go into the manage screen, select a pinch runner... and it happened again... I could not pinch run...

I submitted the issue to Sony in the "Bug Reporting" thread in this forum...

I think that there was an issue similar to this on the PS3 a few years back.?.?

I don't know man, I've used a pinch runner 5 or 6 times in the games I've played so far and it's worked every time.

In the past, it has worked for me as well but for some reason it wouldn't work during that game...

I'd bet 3 bucks that neither team had a backup C on the bench to take over for your pinch runner.
