The Show 20 After months... is it worth?

I ask that because now the price got better. But is it really worth to get this 20 version? Or should I stay at The Show 19?

The new Ballparks Ads looks amazing and all that hype on Full Minors got me at the beginning but I see so many complaints all around!

So Im kinda insecure about it. Please help me decide!

Definitely not perfect, but I'm loving it.

As @tcnumba10 said, the roster vault has plenty of great options, and there's always great slider sets available depending on your play style.

I've had a few different franchises on the go, but did a fake-ish little "team contraction" so that I could do an expansion draft with the Marlins (Moved them to Montreal). It's been a ton of fun, mainly because I'll typically start a franchise, then struggle to keep it realistic in year one (I hate making a big trade, because I'll overthink and regret it a couple of weeks later, causing me to restart). This has allowed me to have a bit more freedom with regards to transactions.

I know a lot of people around here use Bacon's fictional roster, and love that as well.

Definitely worth purchasing.

definitely worth it from my perspective but I almost feel unqualified to submit my opinion as I can blow $65 on one good meal and not think twice about. but I always say if money is any sort of issue, best hold off no matter how great a game is.

Of course it is ! Think of what little you get for $40 these days and think of it this way, I want the maneater game but I wouldn't even have the time to play it so I'll wait till it's on sale . Have fun!

Absolutely worth it. If you enjoy '19 then yes '20 is better and more fun.

Agreed. The one pet peeve I have is when set up on Auto Baserunning the AI is horrible on clear base hits and balls in the gaps. Also, noticed wild pitches and passed balls that go to the backstop the runner on third never tries to advance.

A lot to like here....auto fielding and a wide, wide range of different kinds of hits and outs for that matter. The computer manager is fairly decent, not perfect but decent. I love the fact that you get the option of playing with inconsistent umpires which gives the game very real feel. Of course the sounds, play by play and graphics are extremely well done....all that in itself is worth the price. There are a couple of rough spots like way too many home runs....and I mean way too many. I've done what I could with game adjustments but there are still too many. I mean it is only a video game, so you can't expect a perfect product...what you are getting is a very good product.

In my eyes, the only flaw that really needs to be patched is the wonky auto baserunning....

Old *** looking game that is going to get a PS5 version next year? Not worth a dime IMHO. Too late don't care. Game looks terrible on PS4 Pro and has looked bad this entire generation.

Fielding is better, animations have gotten better, and I do like some things about it, but still too dated for me to take seriously. The visual component is important to me, and this game needs help.
