I play with it on so that I can keep each teams rosters current, follow player movement, send up/call down, trades, etc.

Playing today I reached the trade deadline in my season. Next day wanted to do a couple team adjustment and when I scroll to the ACQUISTIONS screen and try to scroll to CPU ROSTER CONTROL it jumps over it to the LEAGUE/STANDINGS screen. I have several franchise save files so I loaded a different one. Same thing. Game will not let me go to into CPU ROSTER CONTROL screen.

This is a first.

Same problem here, but I didn't notice it until the 'September call-up' area of the schedule.

Restarted 3 times just to make sure I clicked the box...….

Yep, it happened in my season after the trade deadline, too. And in Sept. you’ll have to add two players to each team but you’ll have to do through the regular team management screen which uses player options. The Sept. roster has to be a minimum of 28 players.
