Agreed. Being a Sony studio, SDS will definitely release on PS5...No doubt, even with the pandemic issues over the past year. We know this because (1) SDS (being a Sony studio) had PS5 dev consoles as soon as they were available, or close to it, and (2) porting over code between such extremely similar architectures (PS4 to PS5) is very easy (easiest generation jump for devs ever).
Now, how far above and beyond a port of the game from PS4 to PS5 we'll see is an entirely different question. As far as Xbox (or Nintendo) release, this is very much in the air at this point. I believe the pandemic could really have postponed those releases for another year, but we'll see.
