Franchise help

I was wanting to start a franchise.
I found a roster in the vault that was up to date. All free agents are in the free agent pool.

I was wanting to be able to add free agents as they are signed to their respective teams.
How would I do that? Keep in mind I am an old guy, so be somewhat detailed.

I’m assuming 30 team control, budgets off, cpu trades off and force trades on?

I tinkered with this some last night, not really understanding how to pull this off. I’m wanting to play with the Rangers and see what I can make with them. It brought me to the Orioles first.......kind of confused as what to do from there.

Or is this not possible?

Re: Franchise help

I was about to post my suggestion, but since you've figured it out, I don't want to change your course of direction.

Glad you figured it out

Thanks, I was trying to figure it out late last night and my brain wasn’t working. I figure by the time I wade through Spring training most all of the free agents will be somewhere and I didn’t want to start over.

30 team control budgets on to make it realistic and force trades off. Since you control 30 team you can do any trades you want
