Yes, it does. I actually thought of you when I first read it. We knew this would happen at some stage. It was just a matter of when. Hopefully, it is a good update and worth the sacrifice.

The good news is that MLB 20 is playable (and apparently, quite spectacularly) on the PS5...we'll always have that version for our existing franchises. It would have stun a lot more if the overhaul had happened in a way that would not allow us to take advantage of the new system's power.

Yeah, I just got a PS5 on Friday and played some MLB 20 over the weekend. As someone who only ever owned a launch model PS4 and not the Pro, gotta say, that game looks and runs real nice on a PS5.

Does The Show have online leagues? How does it compare to 2k and Madden? This is coming from an Xbox guy so I have no clue.

I would hope so, it would be hard to see myself buying the game if there aren’t major improvements to franchise AND I have to ditch my carryover save. I can do one but not both
