Edit injury length?

I’ve searched for this all over but only manual injury info ever comes up. My question is when a player is injured and they are out for a long period of time, can you go in and edit the injury down to a shorter time frame. iE Justin Turner got hurt for 2 months, can I go into the injury and knock it down to 2 weeks? Or if not, can I clear it somehow? NBA2K has this feature so I’m wondering. Thanks.

Yes by using manual injury. Switch it to manual. Change his injury. Then switch it back to auto.

The problem with manual injuries is that there is a gap in the length that you can't choose. It's like there is a short range and a long range but nothing in the middle.

You can edit the days though to reduce and increase it a bit

Off the top of my head, I think the injury length gap that you can't select is between 52 and 84 days. Regardless, when trying to replicate the real world we are limited in our options and we shouldn't be.

The fact that we can add and remove injuries doesn't make that option matter though. you could manually just remove a injury at 65 days if you want to.

Just because we can manipulate the length doesn't mean we should have to.
