Well...about an hour in. Cool feature. Needs a lot of work. Firstly, the options they have preloaded are great, but are very limited for what I want to create. I grew up in the cookie cutter era. The Vet, Three Rivers, etc etc.
This mode caters to the older classical style of ballparks. Unless you're doing the space thing.
Now, being a fan of the cookie cutter I'm disappointed that it's not really possible to replicate the stadiums. For starters It has synthetic turf, but its not actual astroturf. Also, you have to have a cut style pattern so it can't just be a plain looking field. The infield....the basepaths are all dirt and clay style. No base cut outs. Everything is connected. The bullpens are in foul territory and can't be moved, and lastly, no Domes for those who want to make Olympic Stadium, The Astrodome, The Metrodome and Kingdome.
Other than my gripe...it's a great addition. Just very restrictive for what I want to create. Moving forward I hope they add more. I give stadium creator a 7 out of 10.
