Gamestop edition XBox code not working?

Anyone else get the physical deluxe from GameStop? I double up every year preordering digital and physical and went with XBox and when I try to redeem all the DD stuff it says it's not a valid code. Hoping it's maybe due to early access and it will work Tuesday but trying to find someone that got it and had it work to know if that theory holds up.

Same thing here. I got it from gamestop and it says that code doesnt exist.

I cant get the code from inside the box to work, not sure if that's the same thing being discussed. Says the store item cannot be found [emoji1745]

If it’s the code that’s in the box, from Microsoft, it’s an issue on their end and supposedly has been resolved.

Has anybody got the code that comes with the physical edition to work? I have the physical edition that comes with the cap.

I've tried the code on the console and on the microsoft website but I'm still getting "can't be found" errors.

I bought the PS4 Deluxe Edition and entered the code on the card inside the cover but it didn’t seem to do anything as the game version still shows PS4.

And if I go into the game I’m unable to see ‘Create Stadium’

I called MS yesterday, and they told me the code won't work until the 20th. The game isn't "technically released" or something.

Just wanted to see if anyone else is still having issues with redeeming their codes that came with their physical copies?

As stated above, I was told by Microsoft to wait until today. I did just that, and the code still isn't working. I was told to wait a few more hours. They tried to tell me that my region had something to do with it, and the content is not available yet. I would assume the content would be available at midnight, no?

I sent an email ticket to SDS to see if they could maybe touch base with MS to sort this out.

SDS just tweeted shortly an hour ago saying to contact support.xbox.com if their Jackie Robinson for the xbox code isn't working

I'm at work so I can't test.

Just redeemed mine on the MS website. Must have finally worked the bugs out!

Good deal! Even though this should have worked on 4/16 when the edition of the game we paid for came out. Kinda a double whammy for us physical copy folks. 1st having to wait for our physical copies to come in & then the code not working. Oh well at least it's working,MLB the Show is on the xbox, & I do like the cap that came with it. Pretty sweet looking.
