Franchise Mode / Team Budgets in '21

Is there a way to customize each teams budget at the start of franchise? It was ps2 (I think) where you could do this.

IMO, it would make it more realistic, instead of turning budgets off. Like setting the big budget teams beginning budget.. Used to raise the small market teams by a good margin too in order to compete in trades/free agency.

No, not possible... and this stinks for fans of the A’s, Marlins, and Indians (my squad).
