Cannot transfer MLB 20 to 21 on PS5?

I picked up MLb 21 on PS5...I amrtrying to load my RTTS saves from MLB 20 but it says there are no saves in the cloud or on the sytem, I downloaded the saves to the system.

They announced a while ago that year to year saves were taken out this year. No real explanation why, but that's why. You got to start your player from scratch.

Be prepared. They changed everything in RTTS. It's a part of DD now.

Dont quote me as gospel but I believe there was an explanation or idea at least that it’s not in because cross platform and everything has to be exactly the same? Something like that possibly.
