Diamond Dynasty

So I can't seem to get past a certain point of the Diamond Dynasty and I was wondering if anyone else had their problem. I just had 3 extra base hits with Ryan McMahon but when I finish the accomplishment, the game either freezes or gives me an "offline" message.

What is the fix here? Is there a workaround?

Must've lost connection of something. Surely it won't happen again, def do those moments and get that McMahon card, he CRUSHES everything for me. He's hitting over .400 for me and I've had him in my lineup for over a week.
